Usui Reiki - Level 1

Awaken Your Connection to Energy & Begin Your Reiki Journey

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese energy healing practice that supports balance and harmony on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Rooted in the understanding that life energy flows through all living beings, Reiki invites us to reconnect with ourselves, cultivate inner awareness, and support our natural capacity for healing and restoration.

Usui Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your journey into energy healing — and, above all, a journey of self-discovery.

In this Level 1 training, you will explore the foundations and principles of Reiki, develop your sensitivity to energy, and learn how to channel Reiki through your hands for self-treatment and supporting others.

Through a combination of teachings, Reiki attunements, guided practices, and hands-on experience, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to integrate Reiki into your everyday life - for yourself, friends and family, pets and plants.

Whether you are completely new to energy work, curious about exploring your intuition, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself, this course offers a supportive and nurturing space to begin.

No previous experience is required — only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore.
